60 Minute - Distance - Breathwork

This private breathwork session offers a deeply supportive space to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and explore emotional healing through the power of conscious breathing. All from the comfort of your own home.

Breathwork is a guided breathing practice that can help shift the body from a state of stress or overwhelm into greater calm, clarity, and balance. Through intentional breathing patterns, the body’s natural ability to process and release stored tension may be activated, helping you reconnect with a sense of grounded presence.

During this one-on-one session, we will meet live via Zoom for a personalized breathwork journey tailored to your needs. You will be guided step-by-step through the entire experience in a safe and supportive environment.

Sessions may support:

• stress and anxiety relief
• nervous system regulation
• emotional processing and release
• improved clarity and self awareness
• deeper connection to your breath and body
• cultivating a sense of calm and inner balance

Each session includes time to check in, set intentions for the practice, and integrate the experience afterward so that insights and shifts can be gently processed.

No previous breathwork experience is required.

To prepare for your session, you will simply need a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably, along with a yoga mat, water, pillow or blanket for support, and a journal if you feel prompted to reflect.
