In this guided breathwork journey, we’ll work with conscious breathing patterns to help calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for clarity and connection.
Breathwork can be deeply grounding and restorative. Some people experience emotional release, while others feel deep relaxation and stillness. Every experience is unique and your body will move at its own pace.
This session is designed to be supportive and accessible whether this is your first time exploring breathwork or you’re returning to the practice.
